Qualification:
Acts as an interface between the customer and developers

Manage the solution End-to-End testing cycle

Leads meetings with Given Departments/Divisions

Leads Requirements Gathering with all departments /divisions, expected to understand the final solution from the customer

Clearly and succinctly communicate all necessary requirements to the development team to ensure the successful completion of the project

Document Process (workflows) models and business flow diagrams that describe the current state and requested state to provide direction to the project team.

Support training and orientation for modifications or new processes

Accountable for the creation and maintenance of data for UAT and training

Manage project scope creep
